1. Overview
VoizLab provides businesses with AI-powered voice technology solutions, including subscription-based services and one-time services such as AI voice setup, automation configuration, and consulting. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our Service ("Service"). The term "Service" includes all features, functionalities, websites, user interfaces, and associated content or software provided by VoizLab. References to “you” refer to the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
2. Subscription and One-Time Services
2.1 Ongoing Subscriptions
Your VoizLab subscription will continue until you terminate it. To use the Service, you must have internet access and provide one or more valid Payment Methods. A “Payment Method” refers to any accepted method of payment, including third-party accounts. Unless you cancel before your billing date, you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for the next billing cycle (see "Termination" below).
2.2 One-Time Services
In addition to subscriptions, VoizLab offers one-time services, including but not limited to:

- * Custom consulting services
- * Support and configuration
2.3 Service Plans
We offer various subscription plans and one-time service packages, each with unique conditions and limitations. 3. Promotional Offers
From time to time, we may offer special promotions, discounts, or membership plans (“Promotions”). Eligibility is determined solely by VoizLab, and we reserve the right to revoke any Promotion if eligibility criteria are not met. Members with an existing or recent subscription or one-time service purchase may not qualify for certain introductory Promotions. Eligibility requirements and other terms will be shared during sign-up or purchase.
4. Billing and Termination
4.1 Billing Cycle
The subscription fee for the VoizLab Service, along with any additional charges such as taxes or transaction fees, will be billed to your Payment Method on the date specified during sign-up. Your billing cycle length depends on the subscription plan you select. In some cases, the billing date may change due to factors like unsuccessful payments, plan changes, or calendar variations.
4.2 Payment Methods
To use the Service, you must provide at least one valid Payment Method. If your primary method fails, we may charge an alternative Payment Method associated with your account. You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts. If payment is unsuccessful due to expiration, insufficient funds, or other reasons, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access until a valid Payment Method is provided. Some Payment Methods may incur additional fees.
4.3 Updating Payment Methods
To update your Payment Method please consult with your Service Representative. After updates, you authorize us to continue charging the applicable services to the updated Payment Method.
4.4 Termination
You can terminate your VoizLab subscription anytime, retaining access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not issue refunds for partial periods, unused credits, or one-time services unless required by law. To terminate, plese contact your Service Representative.
4.5 Price and Plan Changes
We may adjust subscription plans and pricing periodically. You will receive at least 30 days’ notice before any changes take effect. If you do not agree to the changes, you can cancel your subscription before they apply.
5. General Provisions
We reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason at any time. Content you provide (excluding payment details) may be transferred unencrypted across networks and adapted for technical compatibility. Payment details are always encrypted during transmission.

The VoizLab Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties, guarantees, or conditions, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. We do not ensure uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for special, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or losses related to use, data, or profits, even if advised of such risks. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid by you in the six months prior to the claim.

10. Class Action Waiver
Where permitted by law, you and VoizLab agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class or representative action. Courts may not consolidate claims unless both parties agree otherwise.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VoizLab, its affiliates, officers, agents, contractors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of laws or third-party rights.
12. Severability
If any provision is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it will be modified to comply with the law, and the remainder will remain in effect.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States of America , without regard to conflict of law principles. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Florida for any disputes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
